There are times when it may be difficult for you to squeeze an appointment into your busy schedule. With that thought in mind we have available our "Remote Control Support" package.
If you would like service in this manner it will be necessary to contact us by telephone prior. A time will be arranged between you and the technician as to when the Remote Support will take place.
Once contacted, we will establish a remote control connection with you and a file will be put on your computer to establish the connection. Once the session ends the software file will be automatically removed from your computer.
The technician will then be able to see and operate your computer almost the same as sitting in front of it. The speed of the remote session will be largely dependent on the speed of you internet connection and the Windows Operating System you are using. You will be able to see everything the technician is doing and you will be able to end the session instantly at any time by double-clicking on the Computer Medics icon in your system tray or right-clicking on the icon and selecting close from the popup menu.
Please bear in mind that if your problem is internet-related or the PC will not startup, Remote Support is not an option. If your computer is badly infected, Remote Support is also not a viable option.
The cost of this service is as follows: $30.00 minimum which covers the first 30 minutes and $15.00 for every 15 minutes thereafter. If we are unable to resolve your issue remotely, there is no charge.
